Throughout the inspection, they conducted detailed observations and documentation at each stage – including raw material inspection, core component processing, precision assembly lines, and finished product testing – while posing numerous targeted questions about specific techniques and technical details.
The clients witnessed firsthand KeChang Electric's highly automated and intelligent production line operations, orderly floor management, stringent quality control checkpoints (e.g., in-process inspections at each workstation, product aging tests), and the application of specialized equipment such as laser welding robots and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
